It certainly feels like autumn in New England. Here are some fresh ideas for decorating inside and out from the New England Home blog.

This charming door sign is created using chalkboard paint and a vintage tray. Freshly cut bittersweet and dried leaves add a seasonal touch.

Simple can be dramatic! Maple leaf branches mixed with some bittersweet are all you need for a fall arrangement.

If you want to use corn stalks for a display, go straight to the source—your local farmer. When you cut them straight out of a field they look fresh and you can get the corn attached to the stalk. Just put them in a garden container, surround with small pumpkins and squashes and you have a dramatic display.
