Editor’s Miscellany: Here Comes the Sun

Light, bright, gleaming, lustrous, brilliant, dazzling, effulgent…all words with special resonance as we begin—so slowly!—our emergence from the chthonic darkness of New England’s winter. This past weekend’s shift to Daylight Saving Time is a big step on the way toward gentle spring, and well worth celebrating. An ode, therefore, to all things that remind us of the radiant summer sun to come.
