The Written Proposal

Following an initial meeting with either Debbie or Wayne to clearly define project objectives, customers will receive a detailed written proposal that outlines all the necessary steps to successfully complete the project and eliminate the potential for misunderstandings.

Training

Wayne Towle employees are fully trained in the use, application and proper handling of all wood refinishing products. Training is in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Safety

All Wayne Towle employees are provided with personal protective equipment required by OSHA. 

The company uses:

• Non-flammable methylene chloride-based paint and varnish remover, as opposed to lye (known to be caustic).

• A custom made ventilation system is used to remove stripping and finishing fumes from the worksite.

These precautions are for customer safety as well as the safety of Wayne Towle employees. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) of all products are available to all employees, customers and public officials.

Insurance

Wayne Towle - Master Finishing & Restoration, Inc. carries comprehensive liability insurance. This affords customers the comfort of knowing that the company takes responsibility for any damage to their personal property that may be accidentally caused by the company. The company also carries Workers Compensation Insurance, as mandated by the state of Massachusetts. 

Environmental Responsibility

All stripper sludge and expended chemicals are properly disposed of, as required by the Commonwealth Of Massachusetts, Department of Environmental Protection. The Generator’s US EPA ID No. is available upon request. Wayne Towle cares about customers and their homes, company employees and the environment.
