Evolution

Our primary focus is residential architecture and our portfolio now also features an interesting mix of commercial and public spaces including our own two office buildings. Having the opportunity to design one's own working space is, for an architect, a rare treat and acts as a daily reminder of the profound effect architecture has on the people for whom it is created.

Inspiration

My staff and I live and work on the island year round because it inspires us with its natural beauty. We remain focused on this place whose history and traditions are a foundation from which we develop intriguing, creative and classic responses to unique properties.

Sustainability

We are dedicated to protecting and enhancing the Vineyard for future generations. We work hard to incorporate responsible building practices and native materials into each of our projects. To help sustain a strong island economy we prefer working with local builders, craftsman and consultants.  Our personal involvement with each project creates a synergy between us, our clients and all of the professionals needed to bring a project to fruition and together we create beautiful buildings of enduring form and function.
