WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PHILOSOPHY? My reverence for architecture makes a seamless congruence of space and
materials vital. My personal style fuses warmth and comfort with crisp details; my work refines my clients’ personal tastes.

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE LATEST TRENDS IN DESIGN? Today’s family is tech-savvy and very busy. Large custom mudrooms organize the chaos with individual lockers, shoe bins and charging stations for ipods, iphones, etc.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN YOUR BUSINESS DURING THE PAST YEAR? I have designed and moved into a LEED-certifiable office space and have
commenced a Master of Sustainable Design degree. Social responsibility in design is essential.

WHAT NEW COLOR OR PATTERN IS EMERGING AS A TREND IN INTERIOR DESIGN? I see two trends here: mixing the unexpected, whether cultural influences or historic/modern ones; and a renewed appreciation of the authenticity of hand-crafted materials.

YEARS IN DESIGN 12

WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PHILOSOPHY? Interior design should reflect your personality and lifestyle. Personally, I like luxurious materials used for everyday comfort.

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE LATEST TRENDS IN DESIGN? Forget what's hot and what's not. Invest in quality materials and things you love to create timeless and unique interiors.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN YOUR BUSINESS DURING THE PAST YEAR? Clients are busier and less involved in the design process, allowing me to provide an all-inclusive design service with more creative freedom.

WHAT NEW COLOR OR PATTERN IS EMERGING AS A TREND IN INTERIOR DESIGN? Thankfully there are more sustainable products with less obvious "green" colors and patterns. Products are quietly and gracefully eco-minded.

WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PHILOSOPHY? Listen to the client—both what they say and what they don’t say.  Help them make their dreams exist in the real world.

WHAT DO YOU SEE AS THE LATEST TRENDS IN DESIGN? There is more interest in floral patterns, layering, and dressmaker detailing.

WHAT HAS BEEN THE MOST SIGNIFICANT CHANGE IN YOUR BUSINESS DURING THE PAST YEAR? We have seen a lot of NEW clients with great projects. It has been a great year!

WHAT NEW COLOR OR PATTERN IS EMERGING AS A TREND IN INTERIOR DESIGN? We are seeing more floral chintzes and clear colors.
