WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE NEW PROJECT ELEMENT? Outdoor living spaces are fun to plan, build and use. There is definitely a new trend for spending more time outside and making it comfortable and entertaining.  Builders are being asked to continuing their contracting efforts to the outdoor spaces. These projects should be planned for with a designer and builder just as an interior project would be.  People are maximizing their living spaces and their home enjoyment by meshing the best features from the interior and exterior of a home through landscaping for privacy and beauty by including things like water features and fire places, as well as pools, pergolas and cabanas. We have been installing a number of outdoor kitchens that include professional grade appliances, like Viking grills and refrigerators, as well as granite counters tops, and state of the art outdoor lighting and sound systems.
